How do we secure our date? A signed contract along with a payment of 50% of the selected wedding package fee. 

How many hours do we get the venue for? Venue rental hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What is your max capacity? 225 

Is there air condition or heat? Our venue is heated all winter long. A/C is offered as a premium add-on, pricing is dependent on third-party company rental. All glass panels are removable to create a natural air flow and breeze. 

How many tables and chairs do you provide? Twenty-four 66" round tables, seven 8'x30"' rectangle tables, ten 32"x40" cocktail tables, and 225 white resin folding chairs. 

Do you provide linens? No

Is there any décor or florals included in our rental? No.

Does the venue handle the bar? Yes, we provide the bartenders, liquor, and security.

Do I have to go off your preferred vendor list? You must go off our Preferred Caterer's list. All other vendors are just a recommendation of some of our favorite local vendors. 

Are food trucks allowed? Yes, after 9 PM. 

What does the on-site venue team do? Our on-site venue coordinator handles all venue-related work during the reception including but not limited to cleaning and stocking the bathrooms, setting up tables and chairs, directing parking, emptying trash cans, cleaning up spills, and ensures your wedding is running smoothly so you don't have to.

I've signed the contract and paid the deposit... what now? Congratulations! Now you start planning your wedding! About one month before your event date, we schedule a 30-Day Out Meeting to sit down to discuss all your wedding details, pay all remaining balances, finalize your bar package, schedule your ceremony rehearsal time, reserve patio space for rehearsal dinners, and answer any last-minute questions.
