How do I schedule a tour? Fill out our inquiry form and we will be in touch! 

 

What is your max capacity? 225 

What is your 2022 and 2023 availability? Click HERE to find your perfect event date!

Can I see an example of a reception floor plan? Yes! Click HERE to view a floor plan for 225 guests.

Can I see an example of an Oscar Style floor plan? Yes! This floor plan is a good option for brides who want to have their ceremony inside and don't want to do a huge room flip! Click HERE to view an Oscar Style floor plan for 150 guests. 

How many tables and chairs do you provide? 25 66" round tables, 7 30"X8' rectangle tables, and 252 white resin folding chairs. 

Is there any decor included in our rental? No.

Are food trucks allowed? Yes, after 9 pm! 

Is the A-Vent Space air conditioned and heated? The A-Vent Space will be heated all winter long complementary to the renter. A/C is offered as a premium add-on, pricing is dependent on third-party company rental. We like to turn the fans on and open windows during the spring and fall to allow that beautiful breeze to flow through!

Does the venue handle the bar? Yes, we will provide the bartenders, alcohol, and security!

What does the on-site venue team do? Your on-site venue coordinator will be in charge of cleaning and stocking the bathrooms, setting up tables and chairs, directing parking, emptying trash cans, cleaning up spills, working with you to create your floor plan, and unlocking and locking up. 

How do we secure our date? A signed contract along with a paid deposit. Your deposit is 50% of your venue rental fee.

Do you have an open catering policy? No, we require you to go off our preferred vendor list of caterers.

Do you require us to have a Day of Coordinator? Yes. We like to ensure you an "AVent to Remember". A DOC will allow you and your family to enjoy your day. 

Is the D.O.C fee included in the A-Vent Space rental fee? No. You will need to find your own day of coordinator and pay them separately. 

Am I able to pick any D.O.C I want? Yes! 

Do I have to go off your preferred vendor list? You only have to choose a caterer on our list! Everyone else is just a friendly suggestion. Click HERE to view our list of preferred vendors! 

I've signed the contract and paid the deposit... what now? Congratulations! Now you start planning your Avent to Remember! About 1 month before your event date we will meet at the Avent Orangery for your final walk-through, create your floor plan, get your alcohol order, and schedule your ceremony rehearsal!

Does my bridal suite turn into our honeymoon suite? Yes! 

Could I host my cocktail hour outside next to the Beaumont Fountain? Yes! Previous weddings have rented high-top tables and set them by the fountain and we will put our mobile bar out there! Makes for the perfect location for a cocktail hour.

What are some ways we could utilize the Beaumont State Room? Bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, getting ready the morning of your wedding, breakfast the morning after your event etc...

How many guests can the Beaumont State Room hold? 22

How many guests can the patio hold? 50

What time are check-in and check-out? Check-in: 4:00pm, check-out: 12:00pm.

Does the hotel provide breakfast? It is complimentary with our Opal or Diamond wedding packages, but is also available for guests to purchase.

Do I need to purchase additional event insurance to have my wedding here? If you're hosting a wedding, you do not have to purchase additional event insurance! If you are hosting a corporate event you will need event insurance. 

Does the Chateau Avalon offer room blocks? No. We do give you a  10% off code to give to your guests. They will call the hotel and reserve a room with that code!
